If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our Site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Food Bank of the Rockies will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. Food Bank of the Rockies stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Privacy of Children
Food Bank of the Rockies does not knowingly gather any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without parent or legal guardian permission. You must be 13 years of age or older to access the Site without a parent or legal guardian. Food Bank of the Rockies collects information from children under the age of 13 for the Kung Food Fighters Kids Club only. This information is never sold or shared to third parties and only used to communicate news and information specifically designed for Kung Food Fighters Kids Club Members.
