Food Bank of the Rockies welcomes Hunger Relief Partners and nonprofit organizations to use one of our meeting room spaces at no cost for meetings, retreats, and trainings.

Submit Request
Submit your request using the form at the bottom of this page. Please complete all requested information. We are unable to accommodate requests made via email.
Receive Confirmation
We will review your request and send you confirmation within two business days. Please note reservation requests are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.

Room Capacity: Can seat up to 130 people without tables, or up to 90 people with tables. Multiple table and seating configurations are available.
