Reserve Meeting Room Space
Food Bank of the Rockies welcomes the community to use our meeting room spaces for meetings, retreats, and trainings. Hunger Relief Partners and other nonprofit organizations may reserve a meeting room at no cost.

Submit Request
Submit your request using the form at the bottom of this page. Please complete all requested information. We are unable to accommodate requests made via email.
Receive Confirmation
We will review your request and send you confirmation within two business days. Please note reservation requests are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.
Review Guidelines
- Food Bank of the Rockies reserves the right to approve or decline reservation requests.
- Organizations may be limited in booking frequency based on demand and facility capacity.
- Reservations should be requested at least two weeks before the event date.
- Food Bank of the Rockies may offer catering options for eligible events.
- Organizations are responsible for the conduct of attendees and any damage caused during the event.
- Facility tours may be available in conjunction with your meeting.

Meeting space is allocated based on availability, the number of participants, and other planned activities.
Training Room
Room Capacity: Can seat up to 130 people without tables, or up to 90 people with tables. Multiple table and seating configurations are available.
A/V: Large projection screen with wireless screensharing capabilities, microphone, speakers

Other: Refrigerator and kitchenette available. Optional stage for an additional cost.
Board Room
Room Capacity: Can seat up to 40 people with tables. Multiple table and seating configurations are available.

Room Capacity: Can seat up to 8 people with table.

Use of Food Bank of the Rockies laptop for projection; content must be provided a minimum of 48 hours in advance of event.

Whether you’re hosting a training session, volunteer gathering, meeting, staff appreciation luncheon, or special event, our catering packages provide delicious, chef-prepared meals designed to bring people together. All menus are served buffet-style and include environmentally responsible serviceware.
