Black Bean Taco Salad

 3 cups romaine lettuce, choppe
 1 red bell pepper, chopped
 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
 1 cup canned corn, drained and rinsed
 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
 1 avocado, sliced
 4 flour tortillas
 1/2 cup salsa
 1/2 cup ranch dressing

1. In a large bowl, add lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Stir gently.

2. Top salad with cheese and avocado.

3. To make the dressing, stir together salsa and ranch dressing in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salad or serve on the side.

4. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds. Serve warm with the salad.
