Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

 2 cups plain yogurt
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 3 tbsp honey
 ½ cup blueberries
 ½ cup strawberries, chopped
 ¼ cup granola (certified gluten-free if needed)

Instructions:
1. Add yogurt, vanilla, and honey to a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
2. Cover a quarter baking sheet (for thicker bark) or half baking sheet (for thinner bark) with waxed paper.
3. Pour the yogurt over the waxed paper and spread smooth with a spatula.
4. Sprinkle blueberries, strawberries, and granola over yogurt.
5. Place baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until yogurt is firm.
6. Remove baking sheet from the freezer and peel the waxed paper from the bark.
7. Use your hands to break the bark into pieces. Store pieces in a sealed container in the freezer.
