If you live in Denver, chances are you’ve heard of and maybe even contributed to the Denver Post Season to Share, a McCormick Foundation Fund. A record-breaking total of $2,665,500 was raised this past year for 73 local charities, including Food Bank of the Rockies. We’re thrilled to announce a $50,000 gift from this effort! 200,000 meals will be provided to our neighbors in need as a result of this outstanding program.
For every dollar donated by readers and community and corporate donations, 50 cents is matched by the McCormick Foundation. The Post and McCormick Foundation pay all administrative and promotional costs, allowing 100% of all donations to go directly to the designated charities. We have a special place in our hearts for all those involved in Season to Share. Thanks for including us once again!!!!
