1 cup White sugar
2 cups Raw fresh cranberries
3 cups Diced apples, unpeeled (the tart baking kind)
1 cup Quick oats
0.50 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 325
- Put the apples, cranberries, and white sugar in the bottom of a well buttered 9x13 casserole dish
- Mix oats, brown sugar, and pecans and spread over the top of the fruits
- Dot entire top with butter
- Bake for 1 hour
