7/20/26 – Application Due
7/27/26 – Last Day of Training to Guarantee 8/10 Start Date
8/3/26 to 8/7/26 – Kitchen Closed and Equipment Kit Drop-Off for Boys & Girls Club Locations Only (all others will receive on 1^st day of service)
8/10/26 – First day of CACFP*
10/31/26 – All Staff Meeting; Kitchen Closed
12/21/26 to 1/1/27 – Kitchen Closed
5/21/27 – Last day of CACFP*

NOTE: Wherever the kitchen is marked as closed means that no meals will be delivered during this time. Sites may opt to pick up shelf-stable meals in advance if desired. Request must be submitted to FFK@foodbankrockies.org at least two weeks prior to ensure it can be accommodated.

*Date flexibility for the first and last day of programming is allowable for sites receiving shelf stable meals so long as school is still in session.

**Kitchen closures do not impact Western Slope locations, and they may run on different timelines than other partners. Please contact your Western Slope representative with any questions.

If your site wants to be considered for the CACFP with Food Bank of the Rockies as your sponsor, please complete this application and return it with all required documentation.
